SE Rood Bridge Drive between SE Rood Bridge Road and SE Aster Court is scheduled to be repaved August 26- August 27.

The City of Hillsboro will be installing their HiLight Fiber network in our area.
The board is gathering more information and will share what they learn.

Informational HOA Board meeting is Thursday, February 8, 6:30pm on Zoom.
Information will be sent out before the meeting.
The association is researching options to address the need to replace the roofs. PONO created a scope of work, and the HOA received some bids to explore the costs and present options to the owners.

Details Image Restoration will be cleaning gutters Dec. 5 – 9, from 8am to 5pm (weather permitting).
The Robin Meadows HOA annual meeting is Sunday, September 10, 2023. It will be held in the common area lawn in the middle of the property (bring your own chairs). Check-in is 2:00pm, meeting starts at 2:15pm.
Three board member terms are up for election or re-election.
Agenda includes:
* Introduction of current board and officers
* Nominations and elections for open positions
* Financial report
* Report on major construction needs
* New business as brought up by members
A brief board meeting may follow the annual meeting for the purpose of selecting officers among the new board.

LOCATION: Hillsboro High School
WHEN: Wednesdays in July (5th, 12th, 19th and 26th)
TIME: 6 am – 12 am midnight with the noisiest times occurring between 8 am – 9 pm
WHAT TO EXPECT: There will be increased police presence and simulated gunfire (which are blanks), as well as the potential for sirens and yelling. K-9 units will be running drills and scenarios, and there will be some training involving driving maneuvers.
