Safety/Fire hazard – clogged dryer vents

A couple weeks ago a resident cleaned their close dryer vent. They were shocked to see that the lint almost filled two five-gallon buckets!

This was a Centex (Vinyl siding) home with a single-car garage. In this style the dryer vent is routed thru the attic and out the roof.

We strongly recommend that you have your dryer vents cleaned no matter what style home you have.

A clogged dryer vent can be a fire hazard!

Your HOA Board Needs Your Input

Over the next months your board will be sending out a survey to ask you about projects that will be coming up and how your neighborhood looks. We welcome your input.

This board and previous boards have worked hard to keep the Association dues as low as possible while still being able to perform needed maintenance and repairs while also building reserves for capital improvements.

Please respond to the survey from our email, robinmeadowshoa@gmail.com. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. We will send a test message the week of Feb. 13.

If you have any questions please send them to robinmeadowshoa@gmail.com.
